What Is Sublimation Sportswear?

Sublimation sportswear is the gold standard for custom teamwear. Unlike screen printing or heat-transfer vinyl — which sit on top of the fabric and eventually crack or peel — sublimation dye is bonded permanently into the fibres of the fabric itself. The result is sportswear with colour that's as durable as the garment.

Because the dye becomes part of the fabric, sublimation sportswear feels identical to unprinted material: lightweight, breathable, and flexible. There's no added weight, no stiff patches, and no change to the fabric's moisture-wicking performance. Your colours are vivid, permanent, and invisible to the touch.

Every sublimated garment is produced on our Hong Kong production floor, quality-checked, and shipped worldwide. Production typically takes 3-4 weeks.
